iPads Are Not Waiters

One last story from Newark:  we still have 2 hours before departure and figure it might be good to sit at a restaurant and relax, versus navigating the food court (since it took Sarah 30 minutes to get her "fast food" the first time around).

We saw a nice little restaurant where we could be waited on and not have to worry about balancing a tray of food, paying for our meal and wheeling our luggage in an attempt to find a table.  We were seated at a table that had two iPads blocking our view of one another and making it very difficult to talk to each other.  We were given no explanation of what to do and left to our own devices (or their own devices). After turning on the iPads, having them take a picture of us (I think) we finally found a menu. It took us at least 10 minutes to figure out how to get food into a checkout bag.  After another 10 minutes of trying to pay for said food we had not yet received, we flagged down a real live server this is what ensued...

In case you were wondering - we ate at the food court.
