Dasher & Dancer & Prancer and

Vixen?  Where's Vixen . . .

Oh "deer", yes, this was Sarah's choice for lunch . . . . . . . and she said it was delicious.  Good thing Santa's not relying on Vixen to guide his sleigh this Christmas.

She then insisted that I try a bite.  Pretending to be a bit adventurous I decided to take a small bite . . .  (which I had to immediately eliminate into my napkin).  I was quite happy with my Jerusalem  Artichokes with arugula and baby goat cheese (quite yummy).

This was a wonderful little restaurant inside of the Nobel Peace Center.  The menu was different and the food was excellent (whether you were a carnivore or herbivore).

The Museum was interesting as it highlighted the most recent winners, Malala and Kailash throughout the lower level.  The work the two of them have done to fight for children's education is inspiring.

Most of you are probably familiar with Malala and her story, but for those of you unfamiliar with Kailash, he and his organization have pulled more than 80,000 children out of slave labor and helped rehabilitate them and reintroduce them to education.

The upper level was dedicated to past winners and the tremendous work they've done.

Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mother Teresa

  1. Reindeer relatives so close to Christmas...and you are dangerously close to where Santa lives, too! I'm glad you are having a good time in general!
